While working in this industry, food becomes a huge part of you life! I have mastered many different meals and my specialty is knowing how to cook and prepare many different cuisines! From Asian to American BBQ, to Mexican and Italian, to fish and more! Do you want some BBQ glazed salmon for your event while also having fried chicken-cheese balls? You got it! Want some slow cooked, Asian BBQ ribs with a side of Southern deep fried chicken? You got it! All this great food, while providing a memorable experience that will guarantee that you have a 5 Star night!
We offer 3 options!
1. Full service 4 coarse dinner: Salad, Appetizer, Entrée, Dessert
2. Full Service Family Style Meals: Family Style Salad, Family Style Entrée Platter (3 Meats, 2 pastas, 1 fish, bread and 2 sides) and a Dessert Platter!
3. Either of the above with Chefs action Stations
