I recently had the absolute privilege of collaborating with Denise from Brilliant Affairs and her wonderful staff at a July 2017 wedding. I was immediately made to feel at home. Denise and her staff went far above and beyond to make sure that both the client and her staff were being taken care of with the utmost professionalism. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for the buffets start at 4.00 a person and is based on the type of candy, sweets or specialty food you would like.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your first meeting with me is always free within a certain distance, over the phone and internet. During the meeting I listen to you tell me all about the type of event your are having and what type of buffet you would like. A proposal is drawn up and confirmation is received only once a contract and initial installment is received.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an award winning Certified Event Planner receiving my certification in 2009. I have assisted in over 100 events and have studied art and design. I am often praised for attention to detail, creativity and customer service as you can see in my reviews.
