- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I simply offer the best pricing in the area because I do not have a brick and mortar store for which I need to pay rent or gas and electric.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first meeting with every customer is one and one half hours for dog evaluation, signing the contract and so that we can start working with the behaviors that you the owner or family want to remediate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 40 years of experience with dog training. I use humane dog training approaches, food, TLC, noise and voice commands. I rarely if ever use shock collars, or metal pronged collars.
