My pricing is fair and depends on the work needed, materials, and time. I always explain everything before starting the job, with no hidden fees. I focus on quality work and honest service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I listen to the customer and inspect the issue. Then I explain the best solution, provide an estimate, schedule the work, and make sure everything is completed cleanly and professionally.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my experience comes from hands-on training and real projects in chimney, fireplace, air duct, and dryer vent work. I stay updated on safety standards and proper installation methods.
