We had to replace our water heater and once the plumber replaced the unit, we had issues with the chimney and heater causing ventilation issues in our chimney. It happened days before a big snowstorm and I was in a panic that I wouldn't be able to use our heater until the repair was made to the chimney. Viking went above and beyond to help us with our situation and cleaned out our chimney in order for us to use our heater. Bob and Tiffany were quick to help without any hesitation and then set an appointment for April to come back and line and cap our chimney. Most companies don't understand when events like this happen unexpectedly, the cost can cause a financial burden on families, but not Viking! They will work out a payment plan to accommodate you to ensure you the work done properly and safely and offer affordable payment plans. They are an amazing team to work with and provided top notch service and I would highly 100% recommend them for your chimney needs!

I have been telling everyone I know about Viking Chimney & Masonry Repair..even though they dont need them YET. So, if YOU do need them, I highly recommend them! You can trust me, Im a teacher, I like to educate people! Bob is very honest and a little monkey with how he climbs all over the place!!! The woman you will speak with, Tiffany, is VERY helpful and knowledgable, she even gave me another companys number when she thought they couldnt help me in time for my homeowners!! Weather caused my repairs to be pushed back, but they were always in contact with me and we planned everything together. There were no surprises, Bob walked me through everything step by step. Amazing company owned and operated by a dynamic duo!
