Locksley of RENEWS HOME LLC does great general contracting work for the finishing of my 540 sq feet basement. He proved to be great for general remodeling. He has good workmanship. I highly recommend Locksley to people who needs general remodeling in their houses. His price was reasonable. If the work requires extensive work of plumbing and/or electric, the best way to take advantage of Locksley's great skill and workmanship is to also work with, along side with Locksley, a licensed/certified plumber and/or a licensed/certified electrician who are familiar with volumes of building codes.

DO NOT PASS THEM UP!!! Locksley and Amber came through to help us after another contractor left us high and dry. Renewed made sure they asked us any questions, answered all of our questions, via phone email and text. They were SUPER easy to get in contact with AT ALLLL TIMES. The previous contractor literally stopped showing up to work for days at a time and gave different excuses as to why. Until they literally didn't show up for a week with no call or email. A 4 day job turned into 6 weeks and left incomplete. Renewed came through and made our bathroom into the little spa space we wanted! Our shower fan even has a blue light and Bluetooth speaker❤️! Amber and Locksley managed through all our changes because of the previous screw ups of the other contractor. They were accommodating and helped get us back on the right path. We felt so bad that Locksley had to redo a lot of the work from the other guy but he worked with us and we're forever grateful to them! WE CANT THANK THEM ENOUGH.

Terrible communication and turnaround. I’ve inquired since September 6th about a countertop installation for a house flip project and still nothing has been started. At this point I just want my deposit back so I can find someone else to do the job because I have no idea what is going on.

Good afternoon Alexis, first of all let me apologize for the inconvenience. At first it was stated that you had the materials that were need to complete the job but that was not the case. You requested a specific counter top that we had some challenges in sourcing, we finally sourced the one you wanted. Each time we try to call you we do not get an answer and it’s hard to be responding to your text messages as we receive them as we are busy as well. We would be more than happy to get the job done asap. At this point a refund cannot be made as the materials were already purchased. You can give Locksley a call and reschedule to complete the job. Once again sorry for the miss communication and the convenience caused.
