Our 3500+ sq. foot classic Tudor home was completely destroyed by fire over a year ago. Unfortunately, early on we ran into many dishonest and fast talking contractors who were only focused on getting the insurance money for this project.
We had to take some to court to pursue recovering our funds. Aegis was very helpful in assisting us with all the technical aspects of dealing with legal matters. They certainly were not required to do this; but they did indeed put in many hours assisting us.
Most importantly, they did bring a high skill level in terms of completely restoring our home's infrastructure. This included hanging and finishing 100% of the sheetrock, full insulation install, window installation, plumbing HVAC and electrical restoration. It should be noted that hanging the sheetrock on our vaulted ceilings took a lot of skill. Their guys never missed a beat. They used contractor stilts to get this very challenging job done. Impressive for sure!!!
They also did full mold remediation.
Savant-Aegis completed a ton of grueling work to our complete satisfaction. We are certainly thankful for this and recommend this contracting company highly for restoration and 100% build backs.

This was undoubtedly an epic build-back that required a massive effort in terms of skilled labor and materials
Philadelphia's city administrators had ordered the demolition of their home.
Fortunately, they were successful in their efforts to stop the wrecking ball.
Now it's time to celebrate and share in the excitement and satisfaction of completely restoring this mini-castle.
After many months of fighting through supply shortages and navigating considerable bureaucratic red tape, we can exhale.
We are finally crossing the finish line.
This family wanted to maintain the traditional Tudor aesthetic while adding many modern touches.
I think everyone will agree that we delivered a 100% restored Tudor home with a lovely contemporary twist.

Chris and his crew were hard working, respectful and competent under very difficult conditions. The weather was hot and humid. It was a remodel requiring working around the existing plumbing and heating. Excellent work. This company will be at the top of the list for any future work.

Savant-Aegis Realty Services transformed my severely water damaged home into a comfy living space again. They were especially helpful with design suggestions and delivered wonderful results. We most definitely recommend you hire them for your restoration projects.
This was certainly a very satisfying project for us. Their home had to be partially gutted to remediate the water incursion. Living in these conditions was absolutely stressful for this family. Project mgr Chris Lopez has over 10 years in commercial/residential water and fire restoration and once again demonstrated his ability to quickly turn this kind of challenge around.
