Our rates are always competitive and typically 20%-30% savings as per the national average for our services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The intro-chat begins the process. Customer will go into detail as to the scope of the project and desired timeframe. We try to have someone out to the property in 48hrs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company is a Keller Williams affiliate. Their training is top notch in terms of assisting a range of realty services: senior housing transition/landlord 1-stop flip services/investor group deep property search both domestically and abroad.
