In addition to having a Home Improvement Contractor license, I also have a NJ New Home Builders License, #052073. This allows me to do new home construction as well as modular home construction. We can build a new home on the customer's lot or we can assist them in finding a suitable building lot.

Victor was very knowledgeable and honest in regards to the scope of work needed at the property. I reached out to him for an estimate for roof repairs at a property my company is maintaining. He went over the details of what it would take to complete the project. Will definitely reach out again.

Victor (Ark) is my "go to "guy when I need work done on my house. He has done plumbing,drywall, remodled my bathroom,added a laundry room,completed siding installation, plus various small jobs. He even supplied the phone number for a wildlife conservationist when work was halted because bats had a nest in back of the chimney. All work was done in a professional and timely manner.When we had an area of disagreement ,we would sit down and discuss it until we came up with a mutually agreeable solution.

Following being hit by a severe tornado, I utilized Ark Construction for the repairs to my newer custom home. The work included replacement of the multi-level roof, as well as extensive siding and trim replacement. Mr.Yuritch was extremely attentive to the details of all repairs performed on my home. He was also very prompt with estimate preparation. Due to this company's efficiency I was able to submit my Homeowner's claim, which ensured immediate completion of the necessary repairs. I would highly recommend Ark Construction, due to their extreme attentiveness to detail in extensive repairs done on my home. A+ Ark Construction!!!

Victor is a true professional, I gave Victor a referral to my neighbor who had storm damage on her home. He was in constant contact with her and completed the job in a timely manner and he does outstanding work. My neighbor couldn't praise him enough to me and now her roof and siding looks amazing and is brand new.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My system is not complicated - labor costs, material cost, and management cost. One thing to remember is that every job is unique and must be priced accordingly. Even a simple roof is different from the neighbor because of material selection and style. While the pricing system is the same, the job is not.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all is the general phone contact to introduce myself and obtain an idea of the scope of the job. Secondly, we set an appointment to see the job site and meet face to face. The first meeting is very important to set a working relationship with the customer. Once the customer is comfortable, I begin taking measurments to start to develop a quote. A rough draft is generally emailed to the customer for approval. Once approved, a contract is drawn, signed and work is started.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend workshops and seminars introducing new products and techniques. In this field, education never stops because the industry never stops introducing new materials and techniques which I can share with my customers.
