- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and fair, based on the scope of the job, distance, and time required. There are no hidden fees. Discounts may be available for simple jobs or repeat customers, and all pricing is discussed clearly before the work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I discuss the project details with the customer to understand their needs. Then I provide a clear estimate and schedule a convenient time. On the day of the job, I arrive on time, work efficiently and carefully, and make sure everything is completed to the customer’s satisfaction before finishing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from hands-on experience in moving, lifting, packing, and furniture assembly. I am experienced with common furniture brands and follow safe lifting and handling practices to protect both the customer’s items and the home.
