Daniel Rivera came out last week looked over our counters, explained his process and finish option from flat to high gloss and explained the durability of each: higher gloss is less durable as it scratches more easily. He took the time to answer every question. He arrived on time to start, set out all floor and wall protectors. He sanded down a seal that was misaligned by the installer to smooth-to-the-touch. He then buffed two sections: one satin, one matte, so we could see the difference and make our choice. We settled on matte and he completed the counters. They look terrific! On completion, he cleaned all surfaces to perfection. In/out in just 4-hrs. We couldn’t be happier.
