job looked to be good at first. about a month and a half later weeds grew out of my pavers that were supposed to be sanded properly. I have been reaching out to the company for weeks and getting no response to fix the issue. do not recommend using this company as they are unprofessional and rude to the paying customer who was promised a job and just needed some fixing.

Great experience with Precision Property. We worked with Kyler on plantings and lawn improvements for multiple areas of our property. He was great to work with, reachable, quick to respond, understood what we were looking to do and after our first meeting quickly came up with a great design and offered his expertise to make sure we were set up for success. Kyler went out of his way to make sure we understood what we were getting and answering all of our questions to make us comfortable with the proposal prior to signing. The team and Kyler did a great job and were great to work with from start to finish.

These guys are the real deal. Amazing work. Super professional and much kinder than some of the other teams I asked to quote me. I got a fair and accurate quote and booked for a few days out for cleanup, edging, mulching, and lawn cut. I will be having them continue to keep my lawn and plants looking this good all summer!

We are a small nonprofit that has a very limited budget. We worked with Precision Property Management to install a shade garden and paid them in good faith. However, they over collected $415.72 and refuse to give us a refund. It has been two weeks ago that their president said they would correct this issue.
If you are looking for a responsive organization that will do the right thing. Look elsewhere. VERY disappointed.
