I trained with Image Fitness Wellness, specifically Rache, for quite some time and she gets you the results. She's hard on you, but kind; gets you to the grind but laughs with you; and makes your workouts enjoyable. Even when I wasn't in the right mindset for training, she would pray with me & keep me encouraged towards my goals. She and her husband are not only great trainers, but amazing human beings.
