- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My piano coaching services occur in a small group program, which meets on zoom every Monday and Thursday from 7-8pm EST, for six months. The pricing is based on covering the entire six month semester, but payment plans and discounts are available! If you miss any zoom classes, recordings will be provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each new student must go through my Introductory Series, which consists of eight beginner tutorials. These tutorials cover all the bare basics you need to know about piano before joining the live lessons.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've graduated with a Bachelor's in music from Rutgers University, and have teaching experience since 2011.
