Don reached out immediately after request to obtain details. Went out to site the next day and have multiple estimates and solutions to repair roof. Once engaged, he completed everything in a timely professional manner and followed up weeks later after the job was done to ensure satisfaction. Will use again for other roof jobs.

I strongly recommend acquiring Expert Roofing for your next roof project. I have to admit, When I reached out to Expert Roofing through Thumbtack for my roofing issue, I was expecting the worst. I was under the impression it needed to be completely replaced. Not only did Donald return my call within minutes. He was at the front door within 24 hours addressing my concerns. After his thorough inspection, he reassured me there weren’t any serious issues with the roof, and I did not need to be replaced. He relieved me it had several more years left and I just had some minor cracks that needed to be patched up. During the process he kept me in the loop with pictures of before, during, and after; so I could see the current condition of the roof and the quality of his work. Oh, his pricing was extremely fair as well. Absolutely no complaints. Donald is a true professional and a credit to his profession.

Donald of Expert Roofing responded very quickly to my request for an estimate and was able to start the job within two days. Another company couldn't do an estimate until two weeks. It was very important to get the roof fixed quickly, because more severe storms were coming within a few days. Donald was very knowledgeable in accessing the issues and getting the job completed before the next rain. I highly recommend Expert Roofing, because Donald did not try to sell me on a new roof over doing some repairs. Also, the work is guaranteed.

we all ways make sure we are on the roofs and all ways do an inspection and always study the promblem before we give any pricing out so that way the customer and our company are on the same page with pricing and reassurance of knowing what is going on with the roof

we like to know our customers and we'd like to talk to him/her and figuring out what is the cause and problem showing them details of what is the problem and we give them different options samples pictures and recommendations for residential and Commercial customers
