- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we all ways make sure we are on the roofs and all ways do an inspection and always study the promblem before we give any pricing out so that way the customer and our company are on the same page with pricing and reassurance of knowing what is going on with the roof
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we like to know our customers and we'd like to talk to him/her and figuring out what is the cause and problem showing them details of what is the problem and we give them different options samples pictures and recommendations for residential and Commercial customers
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
we are certified by versico roofing products and Firestone products we have done Roofing courses and are certified and insured Roofing
