WELL, I’M SURE MANY PEOPLE HAVE HEARD THE OLD SAYING : U GET WHAT U PAY FOR! I HAVE 40yrs OF EXPERIENCE IN ALL PHASES OF MY BUSINESS & I AIM TO PLEASE & GET PROMISING RESULTS! I’M HONEST & QUITE FARE ABOUT MY PRICING & IT DEPENDS ON WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS, HOW MANY DAYS A WK & WHETHER THEY WANT ME TO COME TO THEM OR TRAIN IN MY STUDIO / DOJO! MY RATES ARE ALWAYS LOWER IF THE CUSTOMER COMES TO ME & MORE PRIVATE & LESS DISTRACTING, WHICH IS A HUGE ELEMENT IN SERIOUS TRAINING & ALWAYS FUN TOO!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
FIRST I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT THEIR NEEDS ARE, ANY INJURIES, WHAT LIMITATIONS, (MEDICAL ISSUES ) THEIR LIKES - DISLIKES, WHAT FOODS THEY EAT THEN EVALUATE THEM : CARDIO TEST - FLEXIBILITY- STRENGTH & WILLPOWER, OK, THE LAST TEST IS A TRICK TEST, LOL :) OVERALL, I WANT ALL MY CLIENTS NEW & CURRENT TO TRAIN HARD, GET SERIOUS RESULTS & OF COURSE HAVE FUN!

I HAVE MANY YEARS OF COMBINED STUDY IN ALL AREAS OF PT - FT. LAUDERDALE U & CONTINUED CERTS ( PHYSIOLOGY, ANATOMY, REHABILITATION ) MMA COMBAT MARTIAL ARTS, TAI KWON DO/ KEMPO, MUAY THAI, WING CHUN, SILAT, JEET KUNE DO & BOXING ( HUGE BACKGROUND IN NUTRITION) Certs : PT - AAAI, ACE LEVEL4,5, ISMA CERT- PHILADELPHIA RESTAURANT SCHOOL, COOKING / NUTRITION
