Steve has many years in the business and it shows. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in his assessment. His team provided mold remediation and water sealing to our attic and they did a great job. They arrived on time and were very thorough with their work. They completed the entire job in a day and even threw in a few small side projects we needed done. We were very satisfied with the quality of work.

I would just like to thank French Drains USA after all the rain, they did at least 3 or 4 of my neighbor's homes on my block, and im sorry I waited until those were done to do it. Now after this weekend I know I can finish the basement.Before the job started, Steve explained to me how everything would work and what all my options were. He really simplified it all down for me so I could understand, and we could get the water out of my house quick and for cheaper then others would. After two days, all the water was completely dry, and the smell was completely was removed.

The guys were professional. The actually showed up on time and completed the job on schedule. I was worried about the guarantee but they came back out and replaced my pump without a problem. Would definitely recommend this company.

Did not fix the house, problem is still there, never showed up on time, lied about being there saying he was looking for parking when I had cameras showing a spot in front of my house than didn’t show up until 3 hours later. Kept saying he would come he did not come. He could not finish the work in time when I gave him a deadline, my dad had to come and do it.
