- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe that my pricing is a very fair in today’s economy and always willing to work with my customers during times of economic hardship.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with any customer regardless, new or existing is always the same. I work with professionalism, integrity, and honesty. I will first properly conduct a diagnostic, write up several options in order to resolve the issue, and clearly discuss and educate the homeowner about all options that are on the table in order for the home to get back to normal use after reviewing everything with the homeowner and pricing is agreed-upon then the work will be done immediately if not, the very next day
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my New Jersey state license for water pump installer and have over 11 years training with wall systems. In addition to my well pump license, I also completed my four year apprenticeship program for Plumbing, and currently going through my journeyman hours. By June 2024 I will be able to see it for the master exam for plumbing.
