- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard tunings are $200. Pitch raises are $250. I charge $100/hour for repair work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Information is first and foremost. The make/model of your piano, who plays and what they play, learning the history of where your piano has been are important facts that help me service your piano for your needs. I meet my clients where they are, as a concert musician and a hobbiest have different requirements for their instrument.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I apprenticed with a master technician in Northern California and worked alongside him for private clients and for SFUSD.
