Ruth made learning BLS fun for all of the students who participated in the class. This was for a college event that had 25 students, and each student had a blast learning this new skill. All the students were engaged and interested in learning everything Ruth had to teach. Ruth made planning this event easy because of her quick responses and willingness to travel to our school. I am fair with my pricing daily. I give discount at different times I am willing to work with customers but want them to be understanding and reasonable because we all know the prices out there.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is introducing myself Giving my price for the particular class Set up class time and location Have all material needed physical equipment and paper work Teach and necessary exams if needed Certification card about 7 days
