My husband and I are very impressed by Steves patience, knowledge, organization, flexibility, and communication. Were in the middle of our kitchen and bathroom renovation and we are incredibly impressed with Steves professionalism and attention to detail! Demo was meticulous and now that were starting the rebuild phase, things are starting to come together with beautiful results! Floor looks incredible! Cant wait to see how things start taking shape this week!Update: kitchen and master bathroom renovation are complete and we couldnt be happier! Steve is a real pro, trustworthy and honest. Hard working and willing to make everything perfect! No surprises, communication was awesome! Always available to answer questions, and made suggestions that ended up being better than some of our original ideas! We cant say enough about how comfortable and smooth he made the entire process. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give discounts for reviews and referrals. Usually $100 off per review on google, Angie’s list, houzz and thumbtack at the time of signing contract. Also if referred I offer additional discount. I am flexible and reasonable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial call with few details. When setting up face to face appointment I confirm with sms and email if one is provided. After few days ( depending on scope of project ) we meet again to discuss details followed by a proposal. When all is right we sign

Construction project management. Agile construction and over 15 years of experience.
