Were in the middle of our kitchen and bathroom renovation and we are incredibly impressed with Steves professionalism and attention to detail! Demo was meticulous and now that were starting the rebuild phase, things are starting to come together with beautiful results! Floor looks incredible! Cant wait to see how things start taking shape this week!Update: kitchen and master bathroom renovation are complete and we couldnt be happier! Steve is a real pro, trustworthy and honest. Hard working and willing to make everything perfect! No surprises, communication was awesome! Always available to answer questions, and made suggestions that ended up being better than some of our original ideas! We cant say enough about how comfortable and smooth he made the entire process. With all those horror stories you can hear out there from time to time its nice to know that there are people like Steve who you can count on to get the job done right. Steve and the Kanstrukt crew are the genuine article!

Kanstrukt did a wonderful job designing and renovating. I am very pleased with my kitchen and basement. Steve was very professional from start to finish. He guided me step by step, explaining details and answering questions and concerns I had. What I liked the most was his honesty and attention to detail. His professional expertise in construction was especially helpful when what seemed like a great idea to me wasn't a great idea at all. Steve was able to explain what would work better without compromising the design. My bathroom is next!

We are working with Steve from Kanstrukt Group on the renovation of our two bathrooms. We got several quotes and his was by far the best. From the beginning Steve has worked hard to make sure we are always pleased. In the design stage he quoted us multiple designs and helped us explore new ideas. We are currently about half way done and are happy with his work. He has done a good job of interfacing with the plumbers and electricians and is always here when they are working. Every step of the way he has consulted with us to make sure we are on the right track.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give discounts for reviews and referrals. Usually $100 off per review on google, Angie’s list, houzz and thumbtack at the time of signing contract. Also if referred I offer additional discount. I am flexible and reasonable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial call with few details. When setting up face to face appointment I confirm with sms and email if one is provided. After few days ( depending on scope of project ) we meet again to discuss details followed by a proposal. When all is right we sign
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Construction project management. Agile construction and over 15 years of experience.
