Not a good experience. As we discussed the complete electrical (recessed lights and dimmers) chandelier and all new kitchen appliances. HE LEFT after 30% job. In a mean time I paid him 40% advance. He didn’t complete kitchen appliances and chandeliers job neither he completed all switches or patch up walls. He simply texted me “call someone else I can’t do this job” - because I said you will only receive remaining 60% upon completion. DO your Due Deligence. DONT HIRE HIM. He doesn’t value invoice words or verbal commitment.
