I love lina !! She’s very fun to talk to and her workouts are moderate enough for me to do but also intense enough for me to feel the burn

Lina is amazing and teaches everyone where they’re at. As a beginner I wouldn’t want anyone else teaching me’ she explains everything well, and demonstrates well.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a NASM certified CPT, Nutritionist, Strength/Conditioning coach and in school for Athletic Training currently.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been a huge health nut since I was 14. I used to sit and read encyclopedias front to back in my grandparents house, where there were few forms of entertainment other than helping my Abuelita in the kitchen. I began lifting weights and helping others do the same once I had made some friends in the gym. I began personal training at 16 and have been in the business for 6 years. I have a passion for pushing people past their limits and creating a better future for them.
