We will work with your budget and provide you with the best options and recommendations to meet the customers needs. We are upfront with the pricing and explain any additional charges that may arise. We stay on target with completion times that we quote. We do not cut corners, our quality of work speaks for itself.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free, on-site estimate. Provide a detailed quote within 24 hours. Meet customers at the retailer of their choice to held them decide on the product choices. We then establish a date to start the project and check in daily onsite with the teams and update the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our flooring team has over 20 years of experience with all wood/ vinyl/ laminate flooring installations. Our remodel team has over 10 year of experience with full bathroom, kitchen and general home remodels.
