- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I feel our prices are very competitive, although we may not be the cheapest contractor we are priced honestly and provide a service unmatched.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would prefer to view a project, either through pictures or in person, then discuss the project in detail with the customer making sure all needs are addressed. Once the customer is confident their concerns have been addressed we then give a detailed plan on how we will proceed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been doing this for over 10 years, officially as a licensed insured business 3 years. Combined I've learned from contractors, electricians, plumbers throughout my numerous years in the field.
