Started off good after the install until water started to leak through my ceiling from the plumbing upstairs in the bathroom not being sealed correctly. Not to mention damaged light fixture and flooring damage from the seaping water. I attempted to contact Tru Blue numerous times but I either get lied too about receiving a call back or ignored. If you want the job half done and you like to waste money. Go ahead and hire Tru Blue.

This is MY 4TH time I hired them actually, and honestly, I have not felt old school customer service like this since the 80's! Everyone is soo nice, they even did some things for my disabled wife they really didn't have to do. I remodeled my basement, and just a ton of small things I just can't do anymore due to my age. Just fantastic, and very communicative , re-did my balcony, deck out back,painted house, really nice work.

Nicole arranged to have her Contractor, Tom, take come to my house today. Ladies and Gentlemen, this man was very Hard Working, built things the Right Way, no shortcuts at all! I wrote out a 3 Page List and by days end, he accomplished at least half. I thought we’d only get thru the First page today!! Very Smart and Intelligent man with morals and ethics about his craft! I’ve worked with A Lot of Contractors over my 30 year career as a Broker Realtor with Remax. And my personal experience puts Tom in my Top Expert craftsmanship!! Please do yourself a favor, call or text Nicole from TruBlue of Cherry Hill and request that she sends Tom for Any of your projects!! You will be pleasantly surprised too!! See you next week, Tom!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the scope of the job, we would be able to discuss the details and assign a home technician to come out and complete the project. If the job has multiple elements or is larger in scale, we would discuss a time for us to come to take a look and provide an estimate.
