Even though they were not able to help me because they already had another client booked for the day of my party, they got back to me within two hours and initially I gave them one star and it’s because over five weeks ago I put in looking for a Caterer, a decorator who works with balloons and also with a planner, and I didn’t get any response until yesterday when I got asked by thumbtack if They wanted to know if things had worked out if I hired someone else if I didn’t hire anyone at all or if I had called off the event and I basically you know put down that I hadn’t hired anyone and they gave me the same three people and one of the people that they gave me was this group and I sent them a message and within like two hours less I believe but around two hours estimate estimate the time about two hours they got back and said they did not have my day available and originally I was upset because why didn’t they tell me that five weeks ago but when they showed me that they didn’t get anything from them from thumbtack who gave me their information it was about six weeks ago. They gave it to me because I was talking to a couple other planners and decorators and such and anyway they showed me the screenshot of what it said and they did not get my first message all that time ago so I just wanted to make it right that it was not on them. This is on thumbtack and I apologize to them, and I am apologizing now to anyone who read it my one star review because I didn’t realize that this wasn’t that their company just not being responsible. this was that the company that was responsible is thumbtack that sent me the updates and had me wanted to know if I hired someone if I didn’t hire anyone yet if I was still looking or if I had called off the event, I am still looking and they told me that they already had the date booked. They couldn’t do it and they apologize and wish me good luck And so I just want everyone to know that do not go by my one star I’m trying to figure out how to get a hold of someone at thumbtack and figure out why they’re the ones who basically stirred the pot on this and screwed it up so I just wanted to make it clear to everyone that you know This was on no one except for thumbtack not on their company or on me. It was on thumbtack who is supposed to set you up with someone that you need not jerk you around and basically set you against other people and it’s very upsetting to know that they did this when they’re supposed to be helping you achieve your Whatever it is dreams success whatever you need they claim they can help you with it and it’s really crappy of them for what they did and I’m just sorry for everything that happened and somehow I’m gonna figure out how to get a hold of someone at thumbtack and figure out why they did not Get the information to the company five weeks ago and why all this time I thought they just ignored me and then because thumbtack kept bugging me if I hadn’t found someone they were gonna find someone for me so I had to go ahead and email again and people who hadn’t emailed me back for whatever reason and They legitimately had proof that they are not gotten anything from me before so I just wanted everyone to know that!

Rita is amazing at what she does. I couldn’t thank her enough for making my twins first birthday the most perfect party ever! She truly is awesome to work with and she even bought a few things herself she thought would accent well with the spectacular balloon arch she made all by herself. She was very professional & made sure we had everything the way we wanted it! Can’t wait to plan another party with her!

Seretta was very accessible during the planning process for my granddaughter’s Prom Sendoff. She met with my granddaughter, who had a vision of how she wanted the backyard set up. She made sure the day went perfectly. Not only did she set up, but she stayed to make sure everything went smoothly. Helped provide us with a totally awesome over the top event.
