FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My service fees are first based on standard market prices, before being curtailed to accommodate and assist clients, that need help and can't afford Market prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I personally read the client's post thoroughly to identify their specific wants and needs. Based on the client's post (job description), I will then formulate my expert but unofficial estimate to let the customer have an average of how much the job will cost them. Depending on the dynamics of the job (travel distance), a decision is made by both parties on how profitably feasible it is to provide the service/s being requested. If or when both parties understand and agrees to proceed, a preferred date and time is agreed on and we meet. At the on-site evaluation, if I decide to raise or drop the price, then that's discussed and I usually get directly to work..
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've studied Agricultural Science in High School and practically tried everything I've learnt on my dad's farm as I perfected my art.
