I needed 911 help for my laptop, I felt like no one would help me, Best Buy or Apple, told me it was too old when my computer was 5 yrs old. Apple told me to go to a third party with no direction. I remembered this app, and I looked at the reviews. I found Mr. Shep, and he helped me the next day. They (B buy and Apple) told me I needed a new Mac, now I have one. It runs perfect, better than before. He helped me get back everything I thought I lost in recent years. I was so happy. He was very professional. Thank you Mr. Shep. We will definitely use his services again, we have more computers. Lol.
