- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is based on my work quality and experience. If you find my price higher then another one it is for sure a different type of work. This is why I give 20/30 years + warranties to all my customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I help and give new customers discounts trying to get appreciation and build up a trust relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Welding, machine operator, general construction.
