Introduction: Experience and attention to detail. I pay close attention to all the needs of the pet and pet owner. I do everything I can to execute the look and make the pet as comfortable as possible. I use high quality products and tools. I trained with a show groomer of standard poodles and hold myself to very high expectations. I groom each pet with a holistic approach and groom with care and a gentle touch. I am a member of the National Cat Grooming Institute of America. The leading cat grooming school in country. I attend webinars, and trade show seminars yearly to make sure I am up to date and current with everything going on in the grooming industry. I enjoy most the connection I share with the animals. I have alway dreamed of working with animals from childhood and really feel I found my dream job in adulthood. I understand the bond a pet owner has with their fur baby. I have 5 pets of my own and have a strong bond with each one. I love taking a pet that is in need of a grooming, especially the pets in really bad shape, as I know once the grooming is performed the pet is going to feel 100% better. No more matting pulling on the skin causing itchiness and irritation, relieving dry skin by soaking a pet in a moisturizing hydrating conditioning treatment, or simply removing a ton of under coat to help a kitty feel relief from hairballs. I love making pets feel and look amazing. I also love the look a pet owner has once they see their pride and joy after a grooming treatment, glow with happiness.

Excellent . Very thorough grooming of dogs . Gives each dog individualized treatment .Uses high quality products . She has done my dogs teeth as well . One of which is a bit difficult . Highly recommended.

My dogs and I love Jenn our groomer. She is patient and professional and gets the job done. The dogs always look good and smell good for weeks after she grooms them. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

Jenn Dios, took care of my pets grooming for many years, and not just groom them. Gave them so much love and care. For fourteen years I would not let anyone else groom them. With each passing of each one, she gave me such support and kept in contact with me through my grieving process. I highly recommend her to anyone who has cats or dogs and wants more then a grooming for them. Once I have my fur baby again, I will take them to where they really get get SMITTEN! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are based on the breed, temperament, coat condition and time it takes to complete the grooming. Also location is a factor. Any one outside of a 10 mile radius will pay a travel fee to accommodate the extra gas and time involved.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I watch webinars and attend yearly seminars at grooming trade shows. I am a part of many dog & cat grooming groups in which we discuss grooming industry trends and new developments as far as style and products.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved animals and though many different positions I found pet grooming to be the most rewarding and enjoyable. Once you find your passion you never have to work a day in your life. I truly believe that.
