What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every year I participate in NJPMA and NWCOA training and accreditation. As well as industry functions and seminars. To be the best you definitely need to stay up to date with the latest technics.

We have a simple pricing system but we are very detailed in terms of steps need to be taken to fully resolve your pest, wildlife or termite issues.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I initial started this journey because I wanted to learn something new and challenging. It quickly became my passion and through hard work I have been able to build my own company.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I pretty much do it all from Exclusion of wildlife to working with contractors on bigger repair work. I try and take any guess work out of it. I am very upfront and honest with my assessment of what it's going to take to resolve the issue. Our most common calls are for termites during the spring, Wildlife during the winter and bedbugs all year around.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I just completed a full Exclusion service for a custmer that had racoons coming in and out of her office vents !!!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Get 3 quotes and read the fine print. Try and research reviews. There are a ton out there from our company. I'm proud that we've on a few awards in the last few years and our customer retention is extremely high.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
There are a ton of poor business practices taking place today. Trust what your eyes see and bring us in for a free estimate and evaluation.
