- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We at DASET respect, support and honor those we consider HEROES by offering a 15% discount to all military (active and retired) law enforcement, fire fighters, EMTS, healthcare workers and teachers. That's a small way that we say THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE. What separates us from the rest is our vow to be there for our customers long after the inspection by offering FREE phone consultations for as long as they own the home. That has been a blessing for our clients because they know we are there if they have a question about their home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new clients I like to get to know them and what they are looking for in the initial phone call. I always show up 30 minutes or so before the scheduled inspection to get a head start on knowing the property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides the 27 years of work experience in the field of construction and renovations I studied to become a home inspector at Inspection21 which is the top home inspector training school in New Jersey. I am also certified with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) which I am very proud of.
