We just had a great experience with Heroes. They helped removed weeds from our back yard and put in new lawn. Everything went smoothly, no complaints at all. Anthony and Sook are great person to work with, knowledgeable and easy to communicate. Looking forward to working with them again.

Found Heroes Lawn Care of NE- Bergen County through Thumbtack. Anthony the GM was very responsive, I placed an inquiry at 7:30pm and he responded and had a telephone call with me in 15 minutes!
Lenny the sprinkler tech was amazing and knowledgeable and they came at the time requested! Due to my long work hours they were at my home at 7:30am and had the sprinkler head fixed and fitting by 8am and system tested by 8:20am and able to get me off to work on time. I had my annual sprinkler contract with All- Wet irrigation but I will be switching my business to Heroes!

Heroes tries to make their pricing as competetive as possible, while still making enough to be comfortable with our prices. The teams at Heroes are made up of trained professionals who care for the work and take the time to do it right, rather than just getting the job done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with new customers is a great benefit for Heroes because it allows us to share our skills and knowledge with new individuals. Most customers reach out over the phone through our call center or online using our Lawn Legend feature. Once they are a customer, they will have their own portal where they can check balances and upcoming services they have booked. Heroes is here for the consumers and guarantees to fix any unsolved lawn care issues.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Taylor Olberding, founder of Heroes Lawn Care, has a degree in Turf Management. This spiked an interest in creating a lawn care brand that was for the people. He wanted a company that is honest and straightforward with the customer, only giving them what they need.
