Been mulling over our homes EXTREME issues with weatherization....thinking about windows. We responded to one of those online general ads about NJ weather rebates--and got inundated with calls. I'm SO glad we answered the one from Big Country Exteriors! We also answered from one other provider--and saw them first. I'm honestly INCREDIBLY impressed with Big Country, from the first phone call, to the full presentation. I'm looking forward to the install and will write a review again then, but the initial intake was so good I wanted to write now. Compared to the other provider (also not the biggest guys, and somewhat local)... Matt and Hudson were straightforward, even when it was an answer that seemed unfavorable--they made sure we understood and gave us all the information. We were able to talk through every single point we needed, and as a seasoned sales person--I loved that I wasn't "being sold" as with the other provider---who told me they were the manufacturer (which through other research they were not), and told me they'd eat all the costs of wood rot they might discover in installation (which other research showed they wouldn't). Big Country Exteriors didn't feed me any of those lines---they explained it reasonably and completely, so I could make an informed not coerced decision. Even the "business efficiency bonus" for same day signing made sense for the first time--and even with that there was no rush / no pressure. This is a seriously good company that I'm glad to work with. Looking forward to writing again soon.

Big Country replaced my 25-year-old roof and flagged some issues with my chimney that needed to be fixed first by a different contractor. They were thorough and extremely professional throughout. They stuck to the promised schedule. I highly recommend them.

I feel very fortunate and I am immensely grateful to have used Big Countey Exteriors for my window replacement project in April 2025. From the first phone call, their diligent commitment to customer service and details was very prominent. Tim, Ben, Zack, all went into great detail concerning the materials, designs, costs, project management and kept me up to date weekly on time frames. What a happy surprise that the windows came in early and they were more than ready to work with my very difficult schedule. All the workmen were very professional and worked exceedingly well together, kept the day progressing well and were genuinely happy to see the beautiful finished results. Our house looks brand new, compliments galore from the entire neighborhood and for me, a sense of pride that I chose this awesome group to work on my home.The final walk through was above and beyond satisfaction. I plan to use BCE fir future projects because I recognize the immense pride they have in all aspects of their business and they are genuinely caring and concerned for their customers peace of mind d, satisfaction and pleasure with the finished work.
