There are several reasons why i enjoy my work. I get the pleasure of meeting new people who i never knew before. I also like working outside. I'm a goal oriented person who likes to solve problems and i enjoy working outside. One of of my favorite parts is the sigh of relief or the smile i see on my customers face after the job is done. Every once in a while i even get a WOW ! from my customer, that really makes me happy.

Rich did a great job cleaning and inspecting our gutters. He took his time to clean everything and gave a thorough recap after he was finished. He even made a minor repair to my gutter guard included in his original quote. I would not hesitate to hire Rich again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For the most basic projects, yes, we do have standard pricing. Which is always 10 to 30 percent less than our competition. Our philosophy is simple, we strive to offer good quality and great value. A Lot of our work is based on Square footage. If your not sure how many square feet your home is. You can go to"Zillo" and type in your address. It will give you the exact amount of how many square feet your home has.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is by far the most part of the process. Understanding the customers needs, concerns and goals is critical to a successfully completed project.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
In 1992, I purchased my first home (which was a duplex). With kids on the way and money tight, I had to do all the maintenance and repairs myself. A couple of years later, the landlord next door asked me if I could take care of his property too. From that point on, it just kept growing and growing and growing.
