FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Session rates vary based on the length of the session, type of service, and additional services. Optional services include nutritional analysis and counseling outside of sessions, scripted workout, and health consulting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will begin with a health assessment, which includes two parts: a sit-down interview and a physical assessment. The sit-down interview is my opportunity to get to know you as a client both personally and physiologically. I will take some initial info and measurements, and we will talk about your workout history, along with your health history. The physical assessment typically includes a battery of 8 tests that will test functional mobility and dexterity, muscular strength and endurance, and anaerobic capacity.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Cum Laude Bachelor's Degree from Gettysburg College in Health Sciences. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. I also am currently enrolled in Drexel University's Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. I also have worked for a trainer privately and at Philadelphia Sports Club on Market Street. I have worked as a personal trainer independently for 2 years and I have internship experience as a student physical therapist for Drexel University’s numerous clinics throughout Philadelphia.
