Guitar Lessons
I have been taken guitar lessons from Ralph for 2 months, from December to February. He has very good teaching abilities. He encourages me to ask questions. He let me choose the styles and songs I want to play, then he starts with the little techniques and theories to help me achieve my ultimate goal. He is very patient as well. Highly recommended.

Guitar Lessons
I have done two lessons with Ralph and they have both been excellent. We initially set our time for 1 hour on both visits, and we easily bled into two hours both days. Ralph was very great about being up front for putting a hard limit on time, but I was having such a great time with the lesson that I felt it worthwhile to take full advantage of my time there. I know what I'm doing as a classical guitarist and I'm not in my element with an electric guitar. Ralph is helping me build that strength in terms of listening to pop songs, figuring out what's going on and how to play it by ear, and learning myriads of different ways of knowing scales so that I can apply them to what I'm hearing. I'm also a little sloppy with a pick and we're doing rhythmic pattern exercises to get me to where I want to be. All-in-all, the experience has been great.
