I had a very disappointing experience with Dustin. He gave us a time for initial estimate but he never followed through. After a few excuses, he completely stopped responding to our calls and messages — essentially ghosting us. We rearranged our schedule for estimate and promised to start the work on a specific date several times based on his promises, only for him not to show up or communicate. It ended up wasting a lot of our time and delaying our project. I would not recommend this handyman if you’re looking for someone reliable or who stands by their word. Professionalism and communication are just as important as the work itself, and unfortunately, this experience had neither.
