- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer both hourly rates and per Job rates as well
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, I like to talk to a client about the look he or she is trying to achieve. Taking into consideration things like the room(s) that are being painted. For example, if we are painting a bedroom. Generally bedrooms are "supposed" to be painted a darker color to promote relaxation and in turn, sleep. It is all about communication. Especially with new Clients. So I can get a feel for his or her style and favorite color(s), etc.. I also offer Color Consults. & Interior Decorating Services too!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Kean University in Union, NJ . I have a bachelor's degree in Management Science.
