Reliable Property Inspection

Introduction: I provide a complete and professional home inspection service seven days a week. I am a N.J. state licensed home inspector, N.J. state licensed radon measurement technician, inter-nachi national and N.J.nachi member with multiple certifications. Also all the inspections are done by me, old school, and offered at a fair price. The inspection report I provide is a concise and detailed 35-page manual checklist/ narrative custom format that is extremely detailed and customer friendly, with plain English explanations of the findings written for you at the back of the report. It will be sent to you or whom ever else you instruct me to via e-mail within 24 hours of completion of the inspection and the hard copy sent on five days following. Afterwards, I will go over the report with you personally to clarify anything you might have a question about. It's called SERVICE and that's what you're paying me for, as well as my experience, knowledge, honesty and integrity. I will not let you down if given the opportunity. Termite, radon (N.J. state lic.), mold testing (IAC2 certified), lead paint testing and asbestos testing are some additional services I also provide.
