While searching for the right photographer, I was instantly impressed with Cece before I even spoke with her. She gave me a clear picture of what to expect and had already shared her work on her website. Once I met her in person I knew I had found the perfect photographer. She was warm and welcoming to my ideas and I immediately felt comfortable. We shot outdoors and she allowed me as many outfit changes as I liked. I didn't feel rushed at all which was important to me and and she allowed me to view some of the pictures to get an idea of what she was capturing. Overall, we had a great experience together and I left feeling so excited to see the results. I was thrilled when she emailed me that night with a few samples and just loved everything about the pictures! I would definitely recommend CeCe Photography and look forward to working with her again soon.

We were so excited to have our FIRST EVER professional photos taken with our dog. Our photo shoot was on December 13, 2015 and I was skeptical to begin with only because I wanted to use these photos for our Christmas cards. I asked Cece 3 times if we'd have them back in time to make our holiday cards with them and she assured me that we would have them the week before Christmas. Considering it was so close to the holiday I was completely overjoyed when she told me that. As mentioned before this was our first professional photo shoot and we weren't exactly sure what to do and had minimal instructions and communication from Cece even after repeatedly mentioning we didn't know what to do and what looked good. She never mentioned anything was bad, good or otherwise during the photo session. By the end of our session she then began to tell us how to stand but by then our pup was getting exhausted and didn't pay much attention to us. Christmas came and passed and we still had noNE of our pictures, not even the little preview she said she'd send to me before she sent our final photos to us. I figured it was the Holidays and I'm sure she had other work so I sent a text message asking Cece what was going on with our pictures. She sent an apology text HOURS later and said she was away some place that she didn't have any phone connection until late that night while we were in bed. She then said we would have our pictures by the end of the week. After a week and a half with NOTHING I sent another stern text message to Cece about our photos, how we were assured we would have them before the holiday and again within a week and still had nothing. As I've said to her, if we were told in the beginning it would take upto a month to get our photos back I wouldn't have been as upset but now I've been told on 2 separate events I'd have them at a certain time and still had nothing! After my final message was sent to Cece she apologized again and said she sent out our photos and we would have them by Wednesday. We didn't get them until Friday and you could tell she rushed thru them. On the disc information it shows when she downloaded the onto it, she quickly ran thru and changed some to black and white, she didn't even have enough time to put her logo on them and she mailed them on Tuesday (it was post marked for Tuesday and discs need a different form of packaging to be sent out). We were completely left in the dark during the photo session, after about their arrival and was lied to over and over again by Cece. I understand customer satisfaction and service are key to this kind of position but I'd rather have you be honest with me instead of lying to me to try and make me happy. Cece was unprofessional in every aspect and I especially didn't appreciate being given excuses and lies about our photos. She had told us that she's been a photographer for 11 years but acted like a beginner during our session. I'm a very understanding person and would have appreciated the truth from the beginning and it would've been a better experience for all of us. So in short, I WOULD NOT hire Cece again and I WOULD NOT recommend her services to anyone. Please take your time in finding a photographer for any event you're looking for. Whether it's an important event like a wedding or a fun couple photo session, you're paying for them and want quality photos so I'd advise to steer clear of using Cece Photography. It didn't seem as though she put as much effort into them as we'd thought she would.

Dear Cindy, I am so very sorry to hear you feel this way. I would like to take this opportunity to explain to you, once again, a couple of things, so you have a better understanding of how my work is done. Discs do NOT have download date information, but BURN date. I also make sure all data and info is deleted from my files, to guarantee client security, in the event the disc does not make to the intended recipient. This means it is impossible for you to know, from the disc, when I downloaded or edited the pics. This clearly gave you a false impression regarding my work. As I usually do for my clients, I took a LOT of time editing ALL of your pictures, to make sure you got perfect results. This is the second most important step of my job, and the most time consuming one, as explained. For this reason, I always explain to my clients that the pics take about 2/3 weeks to get to them: I need time to edit each one of them, touch up, make sure everything is perfect and reflecting my client's styles and desires.This information is also on my website. Furthermore, I sent you, via text message, picture samples so you could be sure I was working on them, and enjoy something before the disc arrived. The reason I do not give you many instructions of what to do during the shoot is that my photography style is CANDID, as you can see on my portfolio (which I believe was the reason why you hired me). These type of pictures are natural looking, and show everyone in their true relaxed behavior. That's how I get such graceful results: with minimum direction and a lot of genuine feeling and freedom. Also, I do not put my logo (or watermark) in any of my final pictures. If I do, you will not be able to use them or print them out, because it would mean they are my property, not yours, and no photo center, print shop on the like will print them out for you. To print it with my logo or watermark, you would need a signed release letter from me. I tried my best to get the pictures to you as soon as I could; I am sorry it was not as fast as you desired. These things take a little time. I kept you posted at all times, and explained the process as I do to all my clients. I truly apologize for not living up to your timely expectations. I believe this was the reason you chose not to fully pay me for my services, which I absolutely understand. In the end of the day, you have wonderful pictures to look at, after all. I hope you enjoy them. I just need you to understand that, for me, it is more important to guarantee great results than to rush through it and deliver something that is less than perfect. She was professional and friendly. Arrived early and willing to stay until we were done with what poses for the pictures we wanted. She explained the contract and we then signed it. She also gave me a copy of the contract. I am waiting for the pictures, but so far, she has been great.
