I did this cleaning as a Mother’s Day gift for my mom and my Mom wasn’t so happy at first but I don’t think it was any fault of the cleaners, rather some other factors. I discussed the issues with Mark and he agreed to even return to do touch ups if needed. His professionalism is appreciated and my mom also appreciated it. Overall, great experience. Homelux did a very thorough job in cleaning my ducts and dryer which have not been cleaned in a long time. They showed me before and after pictures to show the progress. They were very professional and courteous. Will definitely hire again in the future!
