- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer bundle pricing for clients booking air duct cleaning. When bundled, dryer vent, chimney, and kitchen/bathroom exhaust cleaning are offered at 50% off. Our pricing is transparent, with no hidden fees, and reflects the time and labor required to do the job correctly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process depends on the type of project: • Air duct & dryer vent cleaning: Most residential estimates can be provided over the phone based on the number of HVAC units and vents. • Carpet cleaning: Pricing depends on the number of rooms, soil level, and presence of stains. We always explain what’s included, what to expect, and how long the service will take before scheduling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are trained, vetted, and experienced professionals. We hold CSIA certification and are fully licensed in New Jersey. Ongoing training ensures we follow industry best practices for safety, cleanliness, and system protection. Our technicians are currently undergoing NADCA certification as well
