- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every couple is different, so I like to customize a plan and a quote for each couple individually, rather than force people into packages that may or may not fit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll start with a chance to grab some coffee, get to know each other and go over your wedding plans. I'll come to your area for this, (or we can meet virtually if you are far away). We'll talk about what's important to you in your photographs, the details of your wedding, and I'll build you a quote that matches your style and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm largely self taught.
