Currently offering catering, personal chef services, party planning, and bar-tending. Chef Scott has had the privilege to serve a high-end clientele in Indianapolis Indiana, New York, New Jersey and South Florida. His unique approach to Classic European cuisine, by adding a note of sweet, to traditionally savory preparations, proves to be pleasing to the palette, as does adding a note of savory, to traditionally sweet preparations. Chef Scott has also worked in a number of critically acclaimed kitchens in New York and New Jersey, in addition to cooking at several Club Med properties. Chef Scott has been selected as Executive Chef of the, soon to open, Bar Americana gastro pub in Cranford NJ. Chef Scott has worked as a consultant, to medical professionals, developing recipes for medically and calorie restrictive diets. Catering breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner from 4-50 people.
