- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally do complex tax returns for Individuals with related Trust and Business Entities. I am the most reasonably priced CPA Attorney you can find. I am based out of the NY/NJ Metro Area and often offer the greatest value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For Individual 1040s: 1: Fill out the tax Organizer that I can email you. (or discuss the information over the phone) 2: Mail or scan and e-mail your tax documentation to us 3: Follow-up conference call to discuss the results of your return and any additional deductions you possibly may be eligible for 4: Review the return that we email to you. 5. Sign and return the Federal Form 8879 and any related state authorization forms allowing me to file your return electronically for you. 6. Track your refund 7: Receive your tax refund or pay your tax liability (direct deposit is available, if interested)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a CPA and Attorney. I have over 25 years of tax preparation experience including 10 years of Big 4 Tax experience. (KPMG, Deloitte, & PwC)
