What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Most homeowners' insurance will not cover plumbing work done by a handyman. Licensed plumbers have many years of study under their belt as well as taking a test to ensure that knowledge. A contractor certificate paid for through the state of NJ is not a license to do plumbing or electrical.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
We make sure that we ask the necessary questions to alleviate any issue on a job. Most home owners are hiring us so they don't have to think through questions they may not be aware they should ask.
