As a private chef, I specialize in elevated fusion cuisine inspired by my Moroccan/French roots and a deep love for Mediterranean, Spanish, and Italian flavors. My kitchen is a place where tagines meet tapas, where saffron, preserved lemon, and harissa dance with rosemary, basil, and garlic. I highly recommend La table noré for meal prep and catering. Everything is perfectly portioned, seasoned amazing, and you can tell the ingredients are high quality. Delivery/pickup is always on time and the presentation is super clean and professional. If you want delicious food that makes your life easier, this is really your best choice!

We’ve been using Nadia’s cooking service, now called La Table Nore, for over a year and a half, and I honestly can’t imagine our week-to-week life without her. She’s incredibly accommodating to our family’s needs. Most of us love trying a wide variety of flavors, but our son is very picky, and she always makes a separate meal for him from his approved list. Her pricing is reasonable, and it’s been such a gift to support a woman-owned small business that truly cares.
The food itself is incredible. Her recipes are delicious, generous, and full of flavor. I’ve used other meal services before, and so many are bland or forgettable. Not Nadia’s. She knows how to season, and you can taste her creativity in every bite. Her Moroccan roots definitely shine through, but she blends in other culinary influences as well, and it makes each meal feel like more than just dinner – it’s an experience. She’s truly an artist in the kitchen.
What really sets Nadia apart, though, is the relationship she builds with her clients. When my whole family came down with the flu, she showed up with homemade soup for all of us, without being asked. Another time, I mentioned how much I love salsa, and she surprised me with extra servings of her incredible green salsa. That kind of thoughtfulness means so much.
My kids talk about Nadia’s food like she’s an aunt or cousin. It’s not just convenient, it’s personal. La Table Nore has become part of our home and routine, and we’re so grateful for her.
