We hired Elaine for a deep clean of a 3BR 2.5BA townhome. She was very responsive and we were able to schedule a time the upcoming weekend. On the day, she arrived on time and brought her own supplies. The house looked amazing in the end. There was clear attention to detail in the deep clean - windows, oven, baseboards, etc. She also added a fun touch with creative folding of all the towels and toilet paper. In the end, we were very happy with her cleaning services!

This is the first time I had a cleaning service & I am so pleased with Elaine & her sister Anna.
They got to work immediately, dusting blinds,cleaning shower doors, lifting area rugs, so many things we can no longer do because of our age. They were pleasant & efficient. I am really looking forward to having them come every 2 weeks. Highly recommend.

I need a cleaning service because the first company ghosted me. I found Elaine’s cleaning on here. She was amazing. She worked with me on the scheduling and the services we wanted prior to cleaning. On the cleaning day everything was verified and the team did an amazing job. Our house looked amazing. We are excited to work with her for future cleanings and highly recommend to hire her.

We have been researching residential cleaning services for awhile. Wanted to avoid the corporate companies that send a crew in and complete the job as quickly as possible. We came across Elaine’s Cleaning and felt the profile matched our interest. Elaine was prompt in our communication, flexible with our schedule and professional. Most importantly, the work done was incredible. Our first cleaning was a deep cleaning and the ladies were meticulous in their work. I think our response was “Wow” more times than I can remember after they left that day. We couldn’t be happier with Elaine’s team and look forward to seeing them again on our next scheduled appointment.

There are certain people and businesses that you come across where you receive more than you asked for and you cannot contain the excitement or gratitude. For me, this company exemplifies the genuine kindness, professionalism, thoroughness, quality in work, etc. I could go on!
I was preparing to move and was a little behind with the last of the cleaning and packing with 2 little ones in tow. I reached out on Thumbtack to see who might be available on short notice thinking it was a total long shot. Elaine’s cleaning responded so quickly and when they heard it was same day they said yes we can! They came, an amazing sister duo and they got started cleaning immediately with little fuss! They saw that we were still packing up downstairs and they said we can start upstairs. They cleaned all the rooms leaving them super clean for move out. They did the same for downstairs and they even offered to help to pack some of the kitchen items. We got done everything to move that day because of their amazing cleaning and help!
We were so thrilled we gave them a wonderful tip. I can’t recommend highly enough Elaine’s cleaning. They are fast, efficient, thorough, prompt and they will leave your home spotless!!!!!!! We moved out of the area but if they are able to service the area we moved to, we would use them regularly! To Elaine’s cleaning, thank you again and I hope to be able to work with you again or help others find you! You all are awesome!!!
