We hired Elaine for a deep clean of a 3BR 2.5BA townhome. She was very responsive and we were able to schedule a time the upcoming weekend. On the day, she arrived on time and brought her own supplies. The house looked amazing in the end. There was clear attention to detail in the deep clean - windows, oven, baseboards, etc. She also added a fun touch with creative folding of all the towels and toilet paper. In the end, we were very happy with her cleaning services!

My daughter referred me to thumbtack because I was depressed about my house not being thoroughly cleaned. I needed someone to help me reset. Elaine responded to my request and was able to come for a deep cleaning. I felt like half the stress in my body was relieved. Elaine and her assistant were amazing and can clean. They even did cruise ship designs with the towels, paper towels and toilet tissue. I am definitely going to get on a bi- weekly schedule.
