The gentlemen are very nice and hard working. But i did have some issues. The job was to be completed in one day. I showed them pictures of the room prior to coming. When it wasn’t completed, they told me they could finish it within 2 hours the following day. It took them 8. I feel they just told me what I wanted to hear to get the job.
Another issue is their saws use no type a bag or vacuum. It leaves mess everywhere. I understand there will be some mess, but this was bad. I’ve done floors before, with the proper equipment it helps. The mess left behind was very much.
It looks like they have some issues with laying the floor around moldings. Please see picture. This could’ve been done much better. It’s through the two rooms and doesn’t look good. It looks like there’s a huge gap. Again, I’ve had my floors done before and never seen it like this. I will try to fix it on my own. That gap is about 1 inch. Very noticeable.

Thanks for your constructive comments and we would like to add couple of points over your feedback. Regarding the work duration, if you look at your job contract signed by you > work agreement part > 10. Article - it clearly mentioned that duration of job is indicated 2 days when we completed job as promised timeline. Cleaning part , when you are at home we vacuum three times your hallway, 2 rooms at 3 times and asked you to check everything, if you do not like anything before we left. We have got you verbal sign off completing of the jobs then we left your house. Also for the disposal items, we were just responsible to put them in front of the door according to our contract but we helped you to put them in the garage area. I talk on the phone for a price quote for jobs that do not require obtaining materials such as if customer has already TV and mounting brackets I finish the work in less than an hour.

I am graduated from a technical school that concentrates on electrical systems. Dry wall installation, repair, painting and appliances.
